1. Binding Effect

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tactical Hyve (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website located at https://tacticalhyve.com (the “Site”) or any services provided in connection with the Site (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, as they may be amended from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or Services.

2. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and can be found on the Site.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

5. Use of Software & Intellectual Property

From time to time, the Company may make software, digital content, or training materials available through the Site (“Software”). Any Software is licensed—not sold—to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Tactical Hyve or its licensors.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Access

Refunds or credits for in-person classes are governed by the specific refund and cancellation policy listed on each class registration page.

For digital products, all sales are final once access is granted, unless a product is explicitly stated to include a money-back guarantee.

Refunds or cancellations for directory listings or subscription-based services must be made prior to renewal. No refunds will be issued after a renewal has occurred.

7. User Content

By submitting, posting, uploading, or otherwise providing content to the Site (“User Content”), you grant Tactical Hyve a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site and Services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the legal right to submit the User Content
  • The User Content does not violate any third-party rights or laws

You acknowledge that you will not be compensated for User Content and that your name may be associated with it.

8. Compliance with Intellectual Property Laws

You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others. You may not upload, transmit, or distribute any content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.

You are solely responsible for any content you provide and any resulting violations of law or third-party rights.

The Company reserves the right to remove content or terminate access at its discretion and may cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

11. Enforcement & Termination

We reserve the right to investigate violations of these Terms and to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TACTICAL HYVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TACTICAL HYVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Tactical Hyve is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party sites and assumes no liability for them.

  • Reverse-engineer Site code or security measures
