1. Binding Effect

For digital products, all sales are final once access is granted, unless a product is explicitly stated to include a money-back guarantee.
Refunds or cancellations for directory listings or subscription-based services must be made prior to renewal. No refunds will be issued after a renewal has occurred.
7. User Content
By submitting, posting, uploading, or otherwise providing content to the Site (“User Content”), you grant Tactical Hyve a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site and Services.
