In this video, Navy SEAL Mark “Coch” Cochiolo shares a method to tell which of your eyes is dominant, and how to deal with cross-eye dominance. Some shooters, for example, might be right-handed but left eye dominant. Coch shows how he recommends dealing with this situation.
