In this video, Myles demonstrates the One Finger Trigger Press drill which stresses trigger pull. For this drill, you’re going to shoot 10 shots at a 1″ target from about 3 yards away, but you can increase the difficulty by adding distance. Hold the pistol with just your thumb and index finger while performing the drill. This will isolate your trigger press and will show you how well you perform your trigger pull.
