In this video, Myles talks about the two common, but different techniques you can use when shooting from behind barricades while kneeling. The first technique he demonstrates has him with his lead knee down, which he prefers as it allows him to stay in cover better before taking a shot with less movement. The other technique is reversed with his lead knee up, which requires more movement and can be more exposed, but allows for a more stable shooting platform.
